I was in for orthodontic work last Friday and a cleaning today and was so impressed both times by the safety measures. I really appreciated finally going somewhere indoors and NOT feeling anxious about cleanliness, interactions, etc. Thank you for all you’re doing to keep everyone safe! ❤️🦷
I’m sure your patients appreciate all your efforts to keep them safe .
Winn Family Dentistry is preparing to open so we can continue to deliver high quality oral health care in a safe environment.
Beginning Monday, May 4 we will continue to see emergencies and start seeing urgent treatment that has been delayed. We are starting to call patients that had treatment cancelled.
Tuesday, May 26 our dental hygiene department will resume. If you have a cleaning appointment before then you will be contacted. We will begin rescheduling cleaning appointments that have been delayed in the order of when they were originally scheduled and urgency. Please be patient as we try to accommodate everyone.
Winn Family Dentistry is committed to the safety and health of our patients and employees. Infection control has always been a top priority. We will continue to follow the strict guidelines set forth by the ADA, CDC, and OSHA. We are developing a series of additional precautions and implementing new systems to minimize risk of COVID-19. We will help prepare you on the new office protocol prior to your appointment.
Thank you for your patience and we will see you soon!
We are celebrating our hygienists for National Dental Hygienists Week! Even though they aren’t in the office, they are all anxious to get back to help with your oral health. In the meantime we wanted to share with you what they’ve been up to!

We have been in close contact with federal, state, and local health authorites and at this time we have made the decision as recommended by the American Dental Association to temporarily close our office for any non-urgent dental procedures until April 6th. During this time, we will be available to handle any of your dental emergencies that arise. This also will help alleviate the burden that dental emergencies would place on hospital emergency departments.
Pam and Shannon will begin rescheduling appointments in the morning. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to assist you by calling our office at 715-723-0287, emailing email@example.com, or messaging us on facebook or our website.
Our top priority is the health and well-being of the public and our dental team. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but together we can help overcome this pandemic.
Your overall health and wellness has always been our highest priority. We appreciate the growing concern with COVID-19 within our communities. After evaluating the most current information and reviewing all published guidelines, we remain confident in our ability to provide dental care in a safe and healthy environment at Winn Family Dentistry.
We are implementing the following additional precautions and recommendations to our patients and team members in light of COVID-19.
1. We recommend any patient stay home if they are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
Use your best judgment. If you are sick, we will help you reschedule. If you are uncertain, please call our office prior to your appointment.
2. We will maintain a clean and safe environment and continue to comply with OSHA and CDC infection control guidelines.
We have standard protocols in place to disinfect all surfaces and patient contact areas. We sterilize or safely dispose of all instruments and products used during patient care. We utilize personal protective equipment (e.g. masks, gloves, safety glasses) to keep you and team members safe.
We have reviewed the procedures for proper hand hygiene, reinforced their importance, and encouraged accountability between team members.
We have expanded and increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection of all common areas and facilities. We have temporarily removed items that pose a risk for cross-contamination (e.g. magazines, toys, and books) from our common areas.
We will continue to have hand sanitizer available for patients in our common areas.
3. We support a healthy work environment for our employees. We have requested our team to not be present at our office if they are experiencing symptoms. To support our team in this effort, we are providing additional paid sick leave to all team members.
We are closely monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control, the World Health Organization and the American Dental Association and will continue to seek guidance from these agencies and local public health officials. With new information, we will make the necessary adjustments to our operations and will keep you informed of any changes.
Thank you for your continued trust and confidence in the care you receive at Winn Family Dentistry. If you have questions or concerns, please get in touch. We’re in this together and here to help!

Brushing can be fun! Starting a consistent brushing and flossing routine at an early age (with parental assistance) can lead to a lifetime of great oral hygiene while preventing cavities. This is our hygienist’s daughter Raelyn demonstrating how it’s done at age 2! Way to go Rae! ... See MoreSee Less
